Our Warranty
Every Roofing Glory roof comes with two layers of protection: our written workmanship warranty and the manufacturer's warranty on the products we install. No fine-print games — here's exactly what each one covers.
Two warranties, one roof
Workmanship warranty (from us)
Covers leaks caused by defective installation — our labor, our responsibility. 3 to 10 years, depending on the materials you select. Issued as a separate written document once your project is paid in full.
Manufacturer warranty (from the product maker)
Covers defects in the roofing products themselves — shingles, metal panels, underlayment, and accessories. Terms vary by product and are set by the manufacturer, not by us. Roofing Glory installs manufacturer-certified products and gives you the paperwork to pursue any product claim directly with them.
Plain truth: most roof problems come from installation, not materials. That's why our workmanship warranty exists — and why we put it in writing.
Products we install & their manufacturer warranties
Manufacturer claims are filed with the manufacturer; Roofing Glory will point you to the right place.
One card per product line — product name & manufacturer, what the manufacturer covers (defects, wind rating, algae resistance, etc.), warranty term, and a link to the manufacturer's official warranty document.
What's covered under our workmanship warranty
- Leaks caused by defective workmanship — we repair the defect.
- Damage resulting from a workmanship-caused leak, where it wasn't already paid for in your insurance Scope of Loss.
- All work completed in a workmanlike manner, per the written agreement you signed.
What's not covered
Our workmanship warranty does not cover:
- Damage from storms, hail, high wind, fire, lightning, flood, or other acts of God — including any storm with winds over 75 mph
- Damage from lack of maintenance or pre-existing construction/drainage/foundation issues
- Normal weathering: minor fading, mottling, or streaking from sun exposure
- Mold, mildew, or fungus
- Damage to driveways, sidewalks, landscaping, or underground utilities from trucks, trailers, dumpsters, or equipment
- Work performed or altered by anyone other than Roofing Glory
- Anything outside your insurance company's approved Scope of Loss, unless contracted in writing
If you terminate the agreement after work has begun, all warranties are void.
How to file a warranty claim
- 1
Tell us in writing within 7 days of discovering the leak or defect. (Email counts.) Miss the 7-day window and the claim can't be honored — so don't wait.
- 2
Give us reasonable access to inspect the roof.
- 3
We inspect, confirm the cause, and repair defective workmanship.
Start a claim
Tell us what you're seeing and we'll get your claim moving. Written notice (email counts) within 7 days of discovery.
Keep your warranty strong
Register your manufacturer warranty
Register right after installation — some require registration within a set window or coverage drops to a basic level. Keep the confirmation email.
Keep your paperwork
Signed agreement, paid-in-full invoice, product list, and project photos — keep them all together.
Maintain the roof
Keep gutters clear. Don't let anyone else cut into or repair the roof without telling us first — unauthorized work can void coverage.
Report leaks fast
The 7-day written notice rule. The sooner you tell us, the sooner we can inspect and repair.
Warranty questions, answered
This page summarizes the warranty terms in the Roofing Glory Residential/Commercial Agreement. The signed agreement and the separate written warranty document issued upon full payment control in all cases. Contractor disclaims all other warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.
