    After your free inspection we give you a written bid. From there you choose the option that fits your situation.

    Option A — Straight bid

    You pay the bid amount. Simple, fixed, no insurance paperwork.

    We inspect your roof, hand you a written price for the full replacement, and you pay that amount. No claims, no adjuster meetings, no back-and-forth with an insurance company. If you are paying out of pocket or prefer to keep insurance out of it, this is the straightforward path.

    Option B — Insurance work

    If your roof damage is covered by your insurance policy, here is how the money actually moves — in plain language.

    You are responsible for your deductible — that is your out-of-pocket cost.
    Your insurance company sends the first check (the ACV check) to you.
    When the work is complete, insurance asks for our final invoice and pays that exact amount, as long as it does not exceed their scope of loss.
    If our bid comes in under the insurance scope of loss, insurance pays the charged amount minus your deductible — they will not release the full scope amount.
    No insurance money stays with the homeowner unless you do the work yourself.
