After your Complimentary Estimate we give you a written bid. From there you choose the option that fits your situation.
Option A, Straight bid
You pay the bid amount. Simple, fixed, no insurance paperwork.
We review your roof, hand you a written price for the full replacement, and you pay that amount. No claims, no adjuster meetings, no back-and-forth with an insurance company. If you are paying out of pocket or prefer to keep insurance out of it, this is the straightforward path.
Option B, Insurance work
If your roof damage is covered by your insurance policy, here is how the money actually moves, in plain language. For insurance work, your carrier sets the scope and pricing, we don't write that quote.
If storm damage is covered by your policy, you pay your deductible and your insurance company handles the claim. We provide the written estimate and photos.
