Text Messaging & SMS Terms

Glory Roofing and Construction Corp, doing business as Roofing Glory, operates a text messaging program from (940) 283-7771 for customers and prospective customers in North Texas. If you check the non-marketing consent box on one of our forms, text us, or call us, we may text you about your roofing inquiry, on-site estimate appointments (confirmations, reminders, rescheduling), estimate follow-ups, and service or project updates. If you separately check the marketing consent box, we may also text you occasional special offers, discounts, and seasonal service reminders. Consent is optional and is not a condition of any purchase or service. You must be 18 years of age or older to opt in to our text messages.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and appointments. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. If you have questions regarding your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

Opt-out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to (940) 283-7771. After you send "STOP", we will send you one text confirming you have been unsubscribed, and you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, text "START" to (940) 283-7771 or sign up as you did the first time, and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

The Site provides general information about our roofing services and lets you request an on site roof estimate. Content is for general informational purposes and may be updated at any time.

2. Estimates are not a binding quote

Any figures shared on the Site or before an on site visit (such as estimated roof area or material options) are for informational purposes only. They are not a price, offer, or binding quote, and do not create any contract. Actual pricing follows an on site Complimentary Estimate and is provided separately in writing.

3. Estimate and contact requests

Submitting a form is a request to be contacted and does not create a service agreement or obligate either party. Any roofing work is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Roofing Glory.

4. Workmanship warranty

Roofing Glory offers a written workmanship warranty on installations we perform, subject to the specific written warranty terms provided with your project. This Site references that warranty for information only and does not expand, modify, or create warranty coverage. Material and manufacturer warranties are separate and vary by product.

5. Insurance claims - no representation or guarantee

Roofing Glory can review your roof, photo-document damage, and meet with your insurance adjuster on-site to help document damage. We do not act as a public adjuster, and we do not represent, adjust, or negotiate your insurance claim on your behalf. We do not guarantee that any insurance claim will be approved or that any particular coverage, amount, or deductible outcome will result. Your coverage and deductible are determined solely by you and your insurer.

6. Intellectual property

The Site and its content, logos, and branding are owned by or licensed to Roofing Glory and may not be copied or used without our permission.

7. Acceptable Use of Our Website

You agree to use the Site lawfully and not to interfere with its operation, submit false information, or use it to harm others.

The Site may link to third-party sites; we do not control and are not responsible for their content or practices.

9. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
