Roofing systems we service
Each system has a strength and a trade-off. We service all of the commercial options below, including modified bitumen, metal, PVC, and SPF.

#1 for Energy Efficiency & Upfront Cost
TPO (Thermoplastic Polyolefin)
Estimated Lifespan
15 to 25 Years
Core advantage: Highly reflective white surface lowers cooling bills; economical to install.
Trade-off: Seams can degrade over time if hot-air welding isn't flawless.

#1 for Foot Traffic & Heavy Storm Puncture Resistance
Modified Bitumen
Estimated Lifespan
15 to 25 Years
Core advantage: Multi-ply redundancy means if the top layer punctures, the base layer still protects the building.
Trade-off: More expensive than TPO; installation involves open flames (torch) or strong-smelling adhesives.

#1 for Lifespan in Cold Climates
EPDM (Synthetic Rubber)
Estimated Lifespan
25 to 35+ Years
Core advantage: Excellent tolerance to extreme freezing and thawing cycles.
Trade-off: Typically black, so it absorbs heat, which increases cooling bills in warm climates.

#1 for Longevity & Storm Resilience
Metal
Estimated Lifespan
40 to 70+ Years
Core advantage: Unmatched longevity and storm resilience. Highly resistant to high winds, fire, hail, and UV rot. Reflects solar heat to lower cooling costs.
Trade-off: High initial cost. Can be noisy during heavy rain or hail if not properly insulated, and prone to denting from severe hail.

#1 for Chemical & Grease Resistance
PVC (Polyvinyl Chloride)
Estimated Lifespan
20 to 30 Years
Core advantage: Chemical resistance and fused watertight seams. Impervious to grease, oils, and harsh chemicals. Hot-air welded seams form a permanent monolithic bond.
Trade-off: High material expense. Membrane can become brittle over time in extremely cold climates if subjected to physical impact.

#1 for Seamless Insulation & Energy Savings
SPF (Spray Polyurethane Foam)
Estimated Lifespan
Indefinite (with renewal coats every 10 to 15 years)
Core advantage: 100% seamless barrier with the highest insulation R-value. Eliminates seams (the primary cause of leaks) and slashes energy bills.
Trade-off: Highly installer-dependent. Requires precision during application. It can be easily punctured by dropped tools or birds if the top protective coating is thin.

#1 for Upfront Budget & Simple Sectional Repair
Asphalt Shingles
Estimated Lifespan
15 to 30 Years
Core advantage: Lowest upfront cost and easy installation. Extremely budget-friendly, widely available, and simple to repair or replace in sections.
Trade-off: Shorter lifespan and vulnerable to severe weather. Granules degrade under heavy UV exposure, and high winds can tear or lift the overlapping shingles.
Roof coatings, extend the life you already have
On certain roofing systems, a silicone or acrylic roof coating can restore reflectivity and add years of service without a full tear-off. If your roof is structurally sound but weathering, a coating restoration is often the smarter repair option, and Roofing Glory will tell you straight whether your system qualifies.

Questions owners & PMs ask
We document storm damage for your file, then recommend repair vs replace based on what the roof needs.
We find the source path, not just the stain, then seal and verify before closing the ticket.
Yes, sequenced scopes by building and weather windows so tenants stay productive.
One accountable team, not a rotating patch crew.
To give you the most accurate recommendation, could you tell me:
- What kind of climate is the building in?
- Will there be heavy foot traffic (like servicing HVAC units) on the roof?
- Are you prioritizing lowest upfront cost or longest total lifespan?
